Welvoro is a product brand operated by Mohan Appavoo Lekshmanan. In these terms, “Welvoro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. TimeBridge is a Welvoro product.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
3. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that causes unreasonable load, or use its content to mislead others about your relationship with Welvoro.
4. Products and licences
Welvoro products are licensed, not sold. Products obtained through Apple’s App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable standard end-user licence agreement unless a custom licence is displayed for that product. These website terms do not replace those licence terms.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, resell or create derivative versions of a Welvoro product except where applicable law or the applicable open-source licence expressly permits it.
5. Purchases, billing and refunds
Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment, billing and refund rules. Welvoro does not receive your full payment-card information. Requests concerning an App Store charge or refund should be made through Apple’s support channels.
6. Intellectual property
The Welvoro and TimeBridge names, website design, product software, text, graphics and other original material are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website and products accurate and reliable, but they may occasionally be unavailable, contain errors or change over time. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. TimeBridge is a planning aid and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical or legally significant scheduling decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Welvoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product.
